We understand the importance of health and safety. Our movers carry PPE equipment and sanitizers, and we perform routine temperature checks to ensure a safe moving service. Please mention any additional concerns when booking.

 

We recommend calling 401-722-2422 as soon as you know your move date. The end of the month, school vacations, and summers tend to book much in advance, but we will do our best to fit you in. Please have several available dates when calling.

 

Moving rates are determined by hours spent traveling portal to portal (aka when truck departs/when truck returns). Each move includes a minimum of one truck and three men, so we can guarantee efficiency (aka we move fast, so you pay less). When you call to book you will speak with the owner Chris Corrigan who has decades of moving experience to provide the most accurate quote.

One of the aspects of our business we take the most pride in is 100 years of RI + New England Moving experience. With experience comes less mistakes and more knowledge about the proper way to handle your belongings. Each job includes a Foreman/Moving Manager to address your concerns. They are an expert in lifting, loading, securing, and unloading cherished items. Each truck is filled with the proper equipment to assure a secure transport. Any items of concern should be mentioned at booking and our Moving Manager can evaluate on site. Chris Corrigan Moving Inc. is licensed, bonded, and insured.

Thanks for asking. If you are in a city where there is limited parking, please reserve 50 feet of parking space in front of your home. Many cities encourage you to call local police in advance, and they will reserve space for you. The less time spent parking, the lower your cost will be!

Thank you for asking! Tips are a crucial element of the service our team of movers provide. 20% is the standard amount based on the total cost of your move-- similar to the service at your favorite restaurant...if each dish weighed 150+lbs. Your moving manager will divide tips evenly among his team.
